Garry Brown, Jr. is a 2L at Lewis and Clark Law School. He intends to obtain a degree in law with a focus on patent and environmental law. Prior to law school, Garry was an Adjunct Professor of science at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. He earned his Doctorate of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Mississippi and his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana. Garry’s goal is to become knowledgeable about the laws, which govern patent and environmental policies, and to practice law in these fields. He intends to merge his scientific background and training in law to become an advocate for environmental issues that humanity faces today and will face in the future.
