Jules Bailey BA ’01 is the new chief stewardship officer for Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative, a key player in the implementation of the Oregon Bottle Bill. Bailey says he “could not be more proud of working to keep Oregon’s roadways and beaches litter free and our state more beautiful.”
