SLS partners with New Student Orientation for Lewis & Clark’s largest service day of the year. Incoming students are introduced to each other and to Portland-area community partners through meaningful volunteer service projects.
For Fall 2020, our Engage for Racial Justice event took place over Zoom. Portland’s own RACE TALKS organized presentations and dialogues to engage incoming students around the historical and contemporary realities of race in Portland.
