Zac Cohen JD ’03

Zac Cohen JD ’03 became a judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, in July 2022.

Zachary J. Cohen JD ’03 was elected president of the Bar Association of Lehigh County. Cohen, a partner and litigator at Lesavoy Butz & Seitz, focuses primarily on business, real estate, and banking disputes. He also handles tax appeals, zoning matters, emergency injunctions, employment cases, and bankruptcy and estate litigation. Cohen has appeared at all levels of the state’s trial and appellate courts, as well as federal courts, and before various local, state, and federal agencies. He was named in the 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. In 2011, he was included in the Top 20 Under 40 by Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal.
