Dean N. Alterman JD ’89

Dean N. Alterman JD ’89 reports that following the amicable split of the partners of Folawn Alterman & Richardson into a transactional firm and a litigation firm, he has formed Alterman Law Group PC (www.alterman.law) in downtown Portland. Alterman continues his practice in real estate, land use, and private business law.

Had his book How to Build a Real Estate Law Practice published by the Real Property, Trusts, and Estates Section of the American Bar Association in April. Alterman, a partner with the Portland firm Folawn Alterman & Richardson, has been practicing in real estate law for more than 25 years.
