Khadija Khalife

Khadija Khalife earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in French Literature from the Saint-Joseph University of Beirut, and received her M.A. in Spanish language and literature from the Portland State University. Her academic interests include the comparative literature and the French literature, history, and arts. She also teaches courses on the Francophone cultures and the French cinema. Her field of research focuses on autobiography, and she published a book on the French autobiography during the 20th century.

Khadija believes in active teaching methods to promote her students’ intellectual curiosity. She approaches her courses from a system thinking perspective that favors the interdisciplinary and intercultural studies.
