Mike Sellers BS ’85

Mike Sellers BS ’85 is director of the game design program at Indiana University. He authored the textbook Advanced Game Design: A Systems Approach (Addison-Wesley, 2017). Mike enjoys life with wife Jo Anna, their six adult children, and six grandchildren.

Mike Sellers BS ’85, after working in the games industry for more than 20 years, joined Indiana University in 2014 as a professor of practice teaching game design. In 2017, he took on the additional role of program director. Sellers says, “The education I received at L&C doing a self-designed major in cognitive science has served me well in my career and continues to yield benefits in my current work.”
