Colby K. Stewart JD ’16

Colby Stewart JD ’16 joined the CNMI Office of the Attorney General (Saipan Island) in its Civil Division. Stewart previously clerked for the U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Municipality of Anchorage (Alaska), and served as the editor-in-chief of Animal Law Review. Following law school, he moved to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands to serve as a staff attorney at the Law Revision Commission, where he aided in the codification of statutes and regulations, edited and composed legal publications, presented professional development trainings, worked on court policies and procedures, and assisted the Judiciary’s general counsel on a wide range of legal matters.
