Student Employment Forms

Student Employee Hiring Requests should be submitted by the Student Supervisor (or other staff memeber) for processing at least 3 business days prior to the Student Employee’s actual start date, and never less than 1 business day prior to the Student Employee’s actual start date.

These are Google forms, and you must be logged into your L&C Gmail account to access them.

    Important Information:  in order to comply with US Homeland Security Department regulations, all Student Employees must complete an I-9 form in Workday no later than the first day of work and bring their supporting documentation to the Human Resources office. Failure to have a completed I-9 form on file with the College will prevent the student employee from employment eligibility.

    Please note:  all tax withholding elections and direct deposits are done thorough Workday.  More information about how to set up direct deposit and how to fill out the I-9 in Workday can be found in the On-Boarding guide here.
