Inappropriate Material for Student Mailboxes

Mail Services will not accept the following types of material for distribution to student mailboxes.

• Anonymous Submissions
• Advertisements for sale of merchandise or services (except those that arrive by US Mail)
• Political advertising for the college, city, county, state or federal election (except those that arrive by US Mail)

Personal Mail Sent Through the Campus Mail System

Mail Services is a distribution center for USPS, UPS, FedEx and inter-campus mail. Our services are available for all students, faculty and staff of the College. USPS mail with the appropriate department identification will be metered, charged to the departmental budget and sent out. All personal mail must have the appropriate postage affixed or it will be returned to the sender. For your convenience, stamps are available at the window for purchase by both individuals and departments.
