Before You Submit

Proposals that will result in an award to Lewis & Clark must be reviewed and approved internally prior to submission. Further, such funding requests may only be submitted by individuals authorized to do so.

SPARC will shepherd the internal review process and proposal submission on your behalf. Please note that this routing and approval process can take up to two weeks, so please allow adequate time for review prior to the application deadline.

Principal Investigators (PI) and Project Directors must sign an Proposal Internal Approval Form prior to proposal submission, in order to acknowledge an understanding of their responsibilities and commitments. If the proposal is being submitted to a federal agency additional assurances will be required.

Please note that these approval processes may not be applicable to proposals that will be awarded directly to an individual and will not be administered by Lewis & Clark. However, SPARC will be happy to assist with the development of your individual proposal.
