On-Campus Housing—Fall and Spring
Residence hall rooms are available for AES students and in most cases are shared with either one or three roommates. Lewis & Clark will try to match international students with American students. There are also a few single rooms. All bathrooms are shared. The room rent includes electricity, heat, garbage disposal, recycling, local telephone service, high-speed direct network access and voice mail. Lewis & Clark supplies a bed, desk, desk chair, bureau, closet and wastebasket.
Charges for room and board are due on or before the first day testing and orientation. Monthly payment plans are available through Tuition Management Service (see below).
Charges per semester are listed on this page.
Meal Plans—Fall and Spring
Meal plans are required for all students living on campus. Our food service provider takes special care to offer students a wide variety of entree items (including halal, vegetarian, and vegan options) plus unlimited salad, dessert, and beverage bars. You may choose from among five meal plans: three of which include flex points. Flex points are a dollar value placed on your student ID card which you can use like a declining balance.
Charges for meal plans are listed on this page.
Housing rates in summer are $170 per week, subject to change.
Books (estimated): $150-300 per semester, payable to the Lewis & Clark Bookstore
How to pay
There are several different ways to pay your tuition and housing charges. Several weeks before you start, an invoice will be sent to your Lewis & Clark email address.
Making International Payments
Go to: lclark.flywire.com to begin the payment process. In most cases, the US dollar amount will be converted into your home currency at preferential exchange rates. After providing some basic information, you will visit your bank (via phone, online or in person) to send funds from your local bank to Flywire. Flywire will then convert the funds to U.S. dollars and forward the US dollar amount to Lewis and Clark where it will be directly credited to your student billing account.
Pay by Mail
Make check or money order payable to Lewis & Clark. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars; foreign currency will not be accepted. Please include student’s name and ID number on check or money order (find it on the top of your acceptance letter).
