Deep H2O Run is taught by Suzanne Brauer, in the Zehntbauer Swimming Pavilion, on Mondays from 12:00-12:45 pm. Water is a wonderful place to go running with no impact forces on your body. Swimming skills are not required. Buoyancy belts are provided.
X-Train & Core is taught by Suzanne Brauer, in the Pamplin Sport Center Gym (east side), on Tuesdays from 12:00-12:45 pm. Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out.
Cardio Tennis is taught by Jimmy Chau, assistant tennis coach, in the Tennis Dome, on Monday & Wednesday from 12:00-12:45 pm. Improve your game in a group lesson format with fun conditioning skills and drills that will keep you moving.
Cycling is taught by Suzanne Brauer, in the Pamplin Sports Center Foyer, on Wednesdays from 12:00-12:45 pm. Indoor stationary training bikes are used. All levels of fitness can ride and sweat together on a fitness journey.
Mind-Body Fusion is taught by Suzanne Brauer, in the Pamplin Sports Center Activitiy Room 019, on Fridays from 12:00-12:45 pm. Experience a combination of exercises from yoga, pilates, fitness, and therapy for stamina, stability, strengthening, and stretching. Mats are provided.
Power Hour is taught by Angela Dendas, head strength and conditioning coach, in the Pamplin Center Weight Room, on selected Fridays from 12:00-12:45 pm. Push your body through various resistance, body-weight, plyometric, and functionaly training movements that will challenge your physical and mental strength. This circuit-style class will give you variety and enjoyment, whether you are in advanced physical shape or just starting out.
