Weekly Yoga Nidra at 4 p.m. and weekly Meditation at 4:30 p.m. in the Chapel Meditation Room (Room 112) in the lower level of the chapel. Please come for one or both! Contact Jeanne Lilly (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information. Open to all LC students, and no experience necessary.
Yoga nidra is a preliminary practice to meditation. Muscular, emotional, and mental tensions have been known to be released through the regular practice of yoga nidra.
