Bill Anders’ on his iconic Earthrise Photo

Major General William Anders sat down with NASA’s Chief Scientist and Senior Climate Adviser to discuss his famous Earthrise photo, the basis of our name and an image that we continue to take inspiration and motivation from. 2023 is the 55th anniversary of the photo as it was taken on December 24, 1968, during the Apollo 8 mission.
