Welcome to the CAS Registrar’s Office

The mission of the Registrar’s office is to support students, faculty, and the institution by maintaining and safeguarding student records, providing resources and information to the Lewis & Clark community, and upholding academic policy. In this role, the Registrar’s Office seeks to create collaborative relationships with students, faculty, and staff while implementing academic policies in a fair, transparent, and consistent manner. The Registrar’s Office is committed to preserving the accuracy and privacy of student academic records and to protecting the integrity of the institution by complying with both institutional policies and external higher education guidelines.

OFFICE HOURS

Regular Office Hours

The office is open to walk-ins and in-person appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 11 am-4 pm. 

We can always be reached via our website or email, reg@lclark.edu, during our regular business hours from 8:30-4:00.  Please note that on Wednesdays we are closed.  Thank you for your understanding.

SUBMIT FORMS

All forms may be submitted by email or via google forms.  Only forms or processes that require signatures are accepted on paper forms.   See the Submit Forms page for more information.  You can find forms on our Forms and Resources page.

Registration will occur on-line as always via WebAdvisor. Please keep in mind that your registration time is stated as pacific time.

The College Advising Center maintains a video library designed to answer common questions.  These are short, entertaining videos that show how to complete actions in WebAdvisor, or visually demonstrate other important concepts or actions.  Check out the graduating cat, or Batman and Robin’s take on AP credit.
