Learn from local teachers, school counselors, and administrators about becoming an educator in today’s schools. It is estimated that up to 5 million teachers will retire before 2020, meaning the long-term prospects for education careers are good, even with current, well-publicized budget cuts.

What careers are open to you and how do you get your foot in the door? Where are the highest needs? What classes should you be taking now if you want to complete a master’s degree in an education field? What scholarships are out there?
Panelists include dual alumni of Lewis & Clark (undergraduate and graduate schools), as well as faculty from the graduate school, which has some of the Northwest’s top master’s programs for educators.
