This yoga class will focus on skills to help participants bridge the all too common gap between body-awareness and our mental states. This class is appropriate for all levels and is a great introduction for beginners. This 90-minute yoga class will incorporate breathing, yoga postures, and meditation.
Students can drop in & out of the at any point during the scheduled time. All mats and props are provided.
