Environmental Law Summer School

Date: June 22 2011

The Environmental Law Summer School is providing exciting afternoon and evening courses from now until August 5.  This summer we are launching our new Energy Law series, a cluster of cutting-edge one-credit courses covering various aspects of energy law.  Students can pick from one or several of these “bite-sized” courses.  Students who want to get out into the great outdoors can also take two complementary Legal Ecology courses team-taught by a wildlife law professor and a noted scientist.  Legal Ecology: Ecosystem Function and the Law takes students out into the wilds of southeast Oregon; Legal Ecology: Urban Biodiversity focuses on innovative legal approaches to maintaining diverse ecosystems in urban areas.  We also offer many other environmental courses.  Check out the Environmental Law Summer School at http://www.lclark.edu/law/programs/summer_session/courses/environmental_law/
