This panel, led by Theatre Department Chair Stephen Weeks, will provide context and insight into the Theatre Department’s Fall Mainstage production, Failure to Communicate.

Failure to Communicate is directed by Jonathan Walters and was devised in collaboration with Lewis & Clark students. This panel will look at the different ways that contemporary performing artists are using techniques of devising to create new theatre, and will help to contextualize the work of Lewis & Clark students in Failure to Communicate within a wider framework of contemporary performance.
