Housing Forms
Prospective Students
If you've been accepted to Lewis & Clark for the 2009-2010 academic year or deferred your admission from an earlier semester, it will be necessary for you to complete housing materials on or before May 22, 2009. Minimally, you must complete and return a Housing Contract and Roommate Questionnaire. If you are interested in applying for a themed community you should also submit a completed Theme Housing Application. For upper division students who are transferring a minimum of 28 credits, are 21 years of age, and have significant residential experience at another institution, application information for the campus apartments is listed here as well.

Green Power Initiative
Beginning in the Fall of 2007 every student enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences had the opportunity to contribute $20 per academic year to the purchase of green energy. For each contribution, the College will purchase 1,333 kWh of clean, renewable energy. The $20 will go directly to the purchase of Green Tags from the Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF), a non-profit organization based in Portland, Oregon. Each Green Tag represents a specific amount of electricity from a wind turbine, a solar panel or another renewable energy source.
In its first year 2007-08, fewer than 4% of undergraduate students chose to opt-out of the Green Power Initiative. Let's keep up the good work!
