Getting Started with LiveWhale
So you are new to LiveWhale at Lewis & Clark… What is it and how do I use it?
You’re the new administrative assistant for a department, or new president of your student group, or a new faculty member… and you don’t know how to edit your webpage? You can’t login to edit your page or worse, you don’t know where to login. You don’t understand why there are no headlines under “News”? You can’t stand to see the same old photos on that vertical photo bar and want to replace them with new pics?
Well, you’ve come to the right place.
Here are some basics:
- how to set up a website
- how to get permissions to access your website
- how to edit pages using LiveWhale
- how to know what all the buttons do in the editing toolbar or the LiveWhale control panel
- how to improve your website by keeping content fresh
- how to ask for help
