1.10.12 Holmes Hall Construction Update & Photos
Framing of the roof is nearly complete with the tops of the trusses being set and sheeted while bracing is being installed throughout.
The foundations for the exterior awnings were just formed and poured (concrete) to start building them later this week.
The building is being wrapped with the WRB (weather resistant barrier/Tyvek) with only a portion of the North and Northeast elevations remaining. Nearly all the windows on the fifth level have been wrapped and are being installed to prepare for building dryout (heating/dehumidifying the building and removing existing moisture) next week.
Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing rough in is ongoing from the first to fourth floors.
