CARE: Community and Recreation for Employees

Employee Fitness Classes Are Back!

Start your exercise routine today. Class meets for 45 minutes and will run May 16 through June 30 only. 

The user fee will be only $15 (pay at Student Accounts (cashier’s office) and give your receipt to the class instructor).

Mondays at noon: Walking
Meet at the front door of the Legal Research Center, Law School

Walking is the most natural way to develop and maintain your fitness. 

Tuesdays at noon: Cross Training
Pamplin 019 (Or outside locations to be announced)

Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, and stretch…it’s a total body workout.

Wednesdays at 1pm: Weight Room Circuit
Pamplin Weight Room

This class is for all levels of fitness. Starting with dynamic movement and ending with active stretching, each work-out will consist of five exercises (pull, push, squat, core, high metabolic) rotating and repeating that will help you increase strength and stamina.

Thursdays at noon: Cross Training
Pamplin 019 (Or outside locations to be announced)

Fridays at noon: Spin/Cycle
Meet in the Foyer of Pamplin Gym

All levels ride together on stationary bikes.
