Campus Closing at 2 p.m. Friday Through Sunday

The National Weather Service is predicting extremely cold temperatures with the possibility of flash freezing and black ice later this afternoon and snow accumulation tomorrow. We will thus institute an early dismissal at 2 p.m. today, with activities and classes on all three of our campuses canceled through Sunday, January 14, 2024. Our full school closure policy is available online.

Undergraduate students returning to campus this weekend will still be able to move into their residence halls as planned. However, we encourage everyone to prioritize their safety and delay their travel if conditions warrant it and their schedule allows for it.

Based on the current forecast, our intent is for Monday activities to occur as planned and for classes to resume on Tuesday as scheduled. We will send an update on Sunday if these plans change.
