Transportation and Parking

Permits are not required on campus until September 4, 2018. Permits will go on sale August 1, 2018. 

New graduate students are not in the parking database until mid July. If you are a graduate student and need a bus pass, please contact our office directly. If you need a parking permit, you must wait until August 1, 2018.

All visitors to campus are required to have a parking permit during the fall and spring terms, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. See map for permit dispenser locations.

For those who are reviewing transportation options, please note these options:
  • Trimet incentives: Lewis & Clark employees and students may buy a transit pass for $25/month or a 10-pass ticket book for $6.25 If you need a bus pass, select ‘Purchase a Permit’ from the quick links below.
  • Bike registration: Available on the transportation and parking website. Registration of your bike is critically important to ensuring your bike is safely and appropriately stored and used here at LC.
  • Shuttle routes: The Pioneer Express downtown stop has moved, and new stops have been added in South Waterfront and on Macadam.
  • If you need a carpool permit: select ‘Parking Essentials’ from the quick links below. Read the carpool instructions and requirements. Next, fill out the carpool disclosure form, and then purchase the permit.
