Citation Appeal Procedures
To appeal a ticket, it must be submitted online at https://lclark.thepermitstore.com within 10 days of the issue date of the parking citation.The system will send a confirmation when the appeal has been received. All appeals are then submitted for Administrative Review. All appeals are administratively reviewed wherein they are either dismissed or referred to the off-campus Appeals Judge. The finding of the Appeals Judge is absolutely final and will not be overturned. Students, faculty, or staff with questions about the process should contact the Office of Transportation and Parking.
If a citation has not been paid or appealed withing 10 days, the fine is posted to the college accounts of Lewis & Clark students, faculty, or staff.
