Eric Franzen

Eric is originally from Chicago, Illinois, but he has called Portland home for the last 14 years. He spent 23 years working as a federal officer (retired) with duty stations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Eric is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia.

Living close to campus, Eric enjoys hiking many of the local trails found in the SW Hills of Portland. He also enjoys kayaking, reading, and listening to jazz. Prior to arriving at Lewis & Clark’s Campus Safety Unit, Eric worked for Patagonia, the outdoor gear & apparel company.
