Student Account Statements
In an effort to reduce paper consumption and increase efficiency, Lewis & Clark does not mail printed statements. Electronic billing (E-Bill) is the official means of distributing student account statements. Information on E-Bill is available on our How E-Bill Works page.
Fall semester statements are generated in July and spring semester statements are generated in November. Please verify the deadline to settle student accounts each semester. If class registration occurs after the semester due date has passed, payment is due at the time of registration.
Summer statements are not generated in advance of the semester’s start. To avoid any late payment penalties, the student’s account must be settled by the first day of the session(s) in which he or she is enrolled.
Monthly electronic statements will be generated if, for one reason or another, the student’s account is carrying a balance due after the semester due date. These electronic statements provide a snapshot of the activity (PDF) on the student account. To access a real time itemization of account activity, students may log into WebAdvisor and select the option for “My Account Statement”.
