Your Next Event at Lewis & Clark.

Located in the Templeton Student Center, the Office of Conferences and Events schedules venues, assists in planning conferences and events, suggests appropriate spaces, orders the delivery of furniture or rental items, and coordinates with the audio/visual, technical, or custodial crews and our food service provider, Bon Appetit, to support your conference or event.

Our goal is to support academic, co-curricular, and social events that enhance and promote Lewis & Clark’s educational mission and our community environment.

Due to the numerous academic classes, conferences, events and activities taking place, weddings and wedding receptions are scheduled only on a limited number of pre-selected dates during the summer months.

Summer Camps and Conferences

 

Office Forms

(for L&C community use only)

Event Planning Form (pdf)

The first step is to request a venue: Complete this form and turn it into the Conferences & Events Office to start the process of planning your event. Return it to the Conferences and Events Office at least 3 weeks before your event.

Signage Order Form (pdf)

Use this form if you need signs placed on campus to direct guests where to park and guide them to your event. Return it to the Conferences & Events Office at least 10 days before your event.

Food Service Waiver Registration (online version)

Review the food safety steps and complete the online form if you plan to serve your own food and beverages at your event, rather than order catering services through Bon Appetit. Submit the online form at least 5 days before your event.  Your food service waiver registration will be reviewed and, if any questions arise regarding your plans, you will be contacted by the Associate Vice President for Campus Life or designate. 

Alcohol Use Approval Application (online version)

If you plan to serve alcoholic beverages at your event, you must complete the online application.  Submit the online application at least 5 days before your event.  You will be notified by return email by the Associate Vice President for Campus Life or designate.

Complete form if you wish to hold an event in the Residence Halls. It must be completed and signed off at least 2 weeks before your event.

Forms for Music Recital Scheduling

For students wishing to schedule a music recital, use the forms below to help you plan and prepare your recital.

Note: Only Performance and Composition Majors are required to hold a “Degree Recital” and pass a “Degree Recital Review.”

Recital Authorization Form (pdf)

Please complete this form and have your Major or instrument teacher sign the form prior to scheduling with Campus Events.

Recital scheduling takes place on a rolling basis starting the semester prior to your recital date. The priority schedule for the next academic year is forthcoming.
