The graduate school is pleased to announce the winter 2008 issue of Democracy & Education, a journal devoted to enlightened education practices. The “Indigenous Ways of Knowing” issue is dedicated to indigenous epistemologies that are time-honored, fully formed, highly valued within indigenous cultures, and immediately relevant to the education of indigenous and non-indigenous people alike.
