LC Employee Discount Program

The Lewis & Clark Employee Discount Program is a free service to our employees and the participating businesses. Participation by a business in this program is not to be considered a recommendation or endorsement by the Office of Human Resources or Lewis & Clark College. Any discounts offered through the LC Employee Discount Program may be discontinued at anytime without notice. You may report a problem or discontinued discount to hr@lclark.edu.

BON APPETIT FOOD SERVICE DISCOUNT

Flex Dollars: Employees are encouraged to use their school identification cards as debit cards by depositing funds into their account.  You may go directly to the Bon Appetit office in Templeton Student Center to make such a deposit.  In addition to receiving the full credit of the amount of money deposited (referred to as flex dollars), with every deposit of $50.00 or more, an additional 10% of value will be added to your balance.  Flex dollars may be used in any food and beverage outlet on campus, including the Dovecote, Maggie’s, the Trailroom, South Campus and the Law School.

BOOKSTORE DISCOUNT

Your ID card entitles you to a 10% discount on trade books, clothing, cards, office supplies, and more.

COLLEGE HOUSING PROGRAM

Properties are appraised by a certified appraiser for both land value and value of improvements. The College retains title to the land and sells the improvements, making the cost of a home more affordable. Eligible persons include faculty members with tenure or tenure track appointments or staff members in student support areas. For specifics, see "Eligibility Requirements".

COMPUTER PURCHASE PROGRAM

As a Faculty or Staff member of Lewis & Clark you are eligible to purchase new computer equipment and software at a discount.

EPIC DENTAL: DENTAL CARE DISCOUNT

If you are a faculty member with at least a .75 full-time equivalent (FTE) or a staff member who works at least 30 hours per week you are a  participant in the life insurance program and are eligible for great savings. This program is not an added cost to benefits; it's simply a convenient discount program offered to Regence Life and Health Members.

GLOBAL FIT: FITNESS CLUB DISCOUNT

If you are a faculty member with at least a .75 full-time equivalent (FTE) or a staff member who works at least 30 hours per week OR you are a  participant in the Pioneer Educators Health Trust - Regence BlueCross/BlueShield (PPO) you are eligible for great savings. This program is not an added cost to benefits; it's simply a convenient discount program offered to Regence Life and Health Members and Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon members.

JENNY CRAIG: WEIGHT MANAGEMENT DISCOUNT

If you are a faculty member with at least a .75 full-time equivalent (FTE) or a staff member who works at least 30 hours per week you are a  participant in the life insurance program and are eligible for great savings. This program is not an added cost to benefits; it's simply a convenient discount program offered to Regence Life and Health Members.

SAFE BEGINNINGS: CHILD SAFETY DISCOUNT

If you are a faculty member with at least a .75 full-time equivalent (FTE) or a staff member who works at least 30 hours per week you are a  participant in the life insurance program and are eligible for great savings. This program is not an added cost to benefits; it's simply a convenient discount program offered to Regence Life and Health Members.

TRIMET TICKETS

The college subsidizes the TriMet All Zone pass and Two Zone pass. The cost of the All Zone pass is $43/month, and $37.50 for the Two Zone pass. The college provides a 50% subsidy for the costs of these monthly passes.

USE OF ON-CAMPUS FACILITIES

Identification cards are issued free of charge to regular employees, which entitles you to free or reduced admission to some campus events, and use of Pamplin Sports Center facilities and the libraries.  Recreation permits for your family can be purchased in PE/Athletics office for a nominal annual fee.  Library cards are available at no charge for family members from Watzek & Boley libraries.
