Tuition Programs

As an institution of higher education, we believe in the value of education. Through our tuition assistance programs we provide opportunities for our employees and their dependents to learn and grow personally and professionally. 

We offer three tuition opportunities for our employees and dependents:

 

1) Tuition Waive

 

Tuition Waive - Request Form

Program:

  • Percentage of tuition waived for classes at Lewis & Clark College.
    • 100% for CAS
    • 50% for GRAD
    • 50% for LAW

Eligibility:

  • after one year of continuous service
  • employee
  • spouse / domestic partner
  • dependent children
    • CAS under 24 years old
    • GRAD/LAW under 30 years old

 

2) Tuition Reimbursement

 

Tuition Reimbursement - Request Form 

Program:

  • Reimbursement up to $5,000 annual maximum (an accumulated lifetime maximum of $20,000) per each dependent for undergraduate tuition costs at another accredited institution.

Eligibility:

  • after five years of continuous service
  • spouse / domestic partner
  • dependent children

 

 

3) Tuition Exchange

 

Tuition Exchange - Application Form

(application fee is $40, due to Helen DeVol MSC #72)

Program:

  • The Lewis & Clark sponsored student has the opportunity to apply for full or partial tuition assistance for the school attended through the National Tuition Exchange

Eligibility:

  • after five years of continuous service
  • dependent children only
