Professional Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching pairs you with a professional health coach for an immediate, solution-focused, preventive health consultation by telephone. The coach is a degreed experienced health professional. Coaches provide answers to your general wellness questions, develop an action plan with you, provide on-going preventive health and complementary care coaching and education, provide educational materials, and assist in locating appropriate health resources in the following areas:

Weight management, smoking cessation, fitness and exercise, pre and post-natal care, menopause, chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and back pain) and complementary care (chiropractic, yoga, acupuncture, massage)

Smoking Cessation 

Employees who are benefit eligible can access a number of free resources to support smoking cessation by utilizing our Employee Assistance Program and medical plans.

This is an interactive Web site designed to help you get the personalized information you need to start making improvements to your health. Get started now by taking the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) to identify the behaviors that increase your risk for accidents or illness and get immediate suggestions for improvement.
