Weekly Yoga Nidra at 4 to 4:45 p.m.and weekly Meditation at 4:45 to 5:15 p.m. in the Chapel Meditation Room (Room 112) in the lower level of the chapel. Please come for one or both! Open to all LC students, and no experience necessary.
Muscular, emotional, and mental tensions have been known to be released through the regular practice of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra sessions will begin with pranayama, which is often referred to as yogic breathing.
