Date: 12:45pm - 2:00pm PDT May 21, 2014
Wearable technology/gadgets are designed to be worn and gather data from the body or the wearer or environment or provide information, or both. Wearables are a growing trend, especially in the heath and fitness Quantified Self movement. Join us in this fun session for some hands on experience with wearable tech like Google Glass, Fitbit, and mobile cameras and discuss what might be possible if/when learners can use everyday items to simultaneously observe, report and participate in events.
