February 23Attorneys, professors, law students gathered in the federal courthouse in downtown Portland on Feb 16 to hear about some of the most high-profile class action cases from top lawyers in the country. Lewis & Clark Law Professor and former Dean Robert Klonoff organized the event “Cutting Edge Bet the Company: Mega Class Action CLE” with assistance from Public Interest Law Project (PILP) students.

Over the summer, artist Abigail McNamara B.A. ’12 spent 11 hours at the entrance to downtown’s Portland Building. She carefully observed and recorded all comings and goings of the day, preparing to create an intricate installation for display in the building’s lobby.
