For the second year in a row, U.S. News & World Report has recognized Lewis & Clark’s overseas and off-campus program as one of the best in the nation. The college is also one of the top 75 liberal arts colleges in the country, according to the U.S. News rankings.

For the second year in a row, U.S. News & World Report has recognized Lewis & Clark’s overseas and off-campus program as one of the best in the nation. The college is also one of the top 75 liberal arts colleges in the country, according to the U.S. News rankings.

The 2014 U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges issue recognizes “schools with outstanding examples of programs that education experts, including staff members of the Association of American Colleges and Universities, agree are key.” Lewis & Clark is the only school in the Pacific Northwest to make the 2014 study abroad list, which also features Dartmouth, Georgetown, and Stanford.

The overseas study program is one of the most distinguishing features of the college, attracting students from—and sending students to—every corner of the globe. More than 60 percent of Lewis & Clark students end up studying abroad, often in countries outside of Western Europe.
