Before Coming to Campus...Attestations/Covid Modules Due Aug. 26

Here is a list of what you need to do before coming to campus!
Hello LC Students!
As the first day of school draws near, we are so excited to see your faces on campus. In order to ensure that the 2020/2021 academic year gets off to a safe and healthy a start, we would like to remind you that students are required to complete the following:
  • Attestation form. This is for any student who plans to be physically present on-campus at any time this Fall, and it must be completed by prior to your on-campus move-in time or August 26, 2020 at 12 PM if you live off-campus. We would prefer all students to submit this form within 2-3 days of arriving on campus, but if your arrival falls after that due date, please still submit the form by that date. Failure to complete the attestation form may result in a conduct code violation by the office of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
  • COVID module. This is required of all students, including those who are learning exclusively remotely, and it must be completed by prior to your on-campus move-in time or August 26, 2020 at 12 PM if you live off-campus. Failure to complete the COVID module may result in a conduct code violation by the office of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
  • Housing addendum. This is only required of students who will be living in the residence halls. Students living on campus must complete this prior to receiving their room key.
We know everyone has been working hard to be responsible and minimize the possibility of the transmission of the virus. Despite the challenges of the time, we are presented with a unique opportunity to come together as a collective to prioritize the health and wellbeing of the community, and by extension, ensure the health and wellbeing of each of us as individuals within the community. Completion of the attestation form, the COVID module, and the housing addendum will help foreground our commitment to one another in safe and hygienic practices as we kick off the academic year.
