The Oregonian reported that Lee Weinstein B.A. ’81 has been appointed by Gov. Ted Kulongoski to a four-year term on the Oregon Cultural Trust board.

The Oregon Cultural Trust is a statewide private-public program raising new funds to support and protect Oregon’s arts, humanities and heritage.

Weinstein runs his own public relations consultancy, Lee Weinstein & Associates, in Portland and the Columbia Gorge. Before opening his firm, Weinstein had worked 15 years at Nike, which made him the company’s longest tenured U.S. communications veteran.
