Anabel Ortiz-Chavolla

Anabel Ortiz-Chavolla, who earned an administrator’s license in 2014, is the Ontario migrant education program director for the Ontario (Oregon) School Disctrict. She spoke to the Argus Observer in fall 2019 about her family’s own experience with migration; her educational background; and how she and her colleagues have been able to accomplish significant things with few resources.
