Rachel Eppinga BS ’94, September 23, 2019, age 47. After graduation, Eppinga attended the National College of Natural Medicine, where she earned her doctor of naturopathic medicine degree. She started a private practice and worked as a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist at Connect Chiropractic and Wellness. Survivors include her partner of 12 years, Scott Melkerson, and many other family members and friends.
