Diana Ramos

Diana Ramos JD ’22 joined Miller Nash’s financial services industry team in the firm’s Portland office. Ramos assists banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions with a variety of banking matters, including regulatory compliance and operations. She has extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked in financial intuitions for over 15 years. Before joining Miller Nash, Ramos spent 10 years working for a large national bank in roles that include credit risk management and compliance. She started her career in a small credit union, allowing her to gain a general understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and lending activities. Ramos has also served as a judicial extern for the Oregon Court of Appeals.
