Rhett Bernstein JD ’02 was reelected as West Linn’s municipal judge in November 2022. He has served in the position since 2013. Bernstein previously was a prosecutor in Lake Oswego, Oregon City, and Milwaukie. He started his own practice as a defense attorney in 2005.
