Dawn Parker BA ’92 is a professor in the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Previously, Parker served as director of the Waterloo Institute for Complexity and Innovation. Parker holds a PhD in in agricultural and resource economics from the University of California at Davis.
