Ellen Osoinach JD ’02 was chosen by the Lake Oswego City Council to be the city’s new attorney. Osoinach most recently served as a local legal initiative attorney for the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press and had been the senior deputy city attorney for Portland. She has also previously worked as the deputy district attorney at Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office and for the Oregon State Legislature. Osoinach earned her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College.
