Nichole Tennyson

Nichole Tennyson JD ’08 has been appointed chief legal officer of Daimler Truck North America. In this newly established role, Tennyson joins the company’s senior leadership team and will lead a dispersed team across North America. She will be responsible for all legal and compliance matters, corporate audit, and external affairs while advising the company on risk and governance. Tennyson joined Daimler in July 2022 after an extensive legal career of progressive responsibility in both private and publicly held companies where she played an instrumental role advising on legal strategy. She had served as associate general counsel at Tektronix since 2016. Prior to that, she was interim general counsel and corporate secretary at Erickson Incorporated. Tennyson has also previously worked in private practice as an associate attorney in the business law and intellectual property groups at Schwabe, Williamson and Wyatt.
