Todd Schebor LLM ’03 was elected chair of the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, effective October 2023. Schebor’s clients are in the energy, waste disposal, petroleum, manufacturing, and other sectors that deal with regulatory requirements and law. He defends clients in civil proceedings or regulatory actions, including those involving cleanups (CERCLA, RCRA, and Michigan’s Part 201 and 213 programs), underground storage tanks, waste management, water discharge, wetlands, eminent domain, land use, and restrictive covenant matters.
