Brian W. Riske JD ’15 has joined Black Helterline as an associate attorney. Riske represents closely held businesses, their owners, and their family members. His legal practice centers on general corporate law, contract law, and mergers and acquisitions, with particular focus on advising business owners considering transitioning to key employees or family members. Riske also works with business owners on estate planning and assists with executive compensation and intellectual property matters.
