I’m an employee who tested positive.
If you test positive for COVID, either with an at-home antigen test or with a test issued by an off-campus provider, take the following steps.
- Complete the Employee Positive COVID Test (PCT) Form. Completing this form will support the college in monitoring disease on campus.
- Isolate in your residence following CDC guidance.
- Seek medical consultation from your healthcare provider.
- Get in touch with Human Resources and your supervisor. If you are an L&C employee, email your supervisor and Heyke Kirkendall-Baker (email@example.com), Associate Vice President & Director of Human Resources. If you are a contracted staff member, contact your supervisor.
