I’m an employee who tested positive.

If you test positive for COVID, either with an at-home antigen test or with a test issued by an off-campus provider, take the following steps.

  1. Complete the Employee Positive COVID Test (PCT) Form. Completing this form will support the college in monitoring disease on campus.
  2. Isolate in your residence following CDC guidance.
  3. Seek medical consultation from your healthcare provider.
  4. Get in touch with Human Resources and your supervisor. If you are an L&C employee, email your supervisor and Heyke Kirkendall-Baker (hkirkendall-baker@lclark.edu), Associate Vice President & Director of Human Resources. If you are a contracted staff member, contact your supervisor.
